Springs Window Fashions needed new decorative finials to fit different lifestyle decor preferences. Their goal was to provide various curtain rod designs that would appeal to mass retailers with balanced costs, and styles like classical, transitional, modern, and contemporary. Beyond Design’s expertise in home decor made us the right partner for the job. We understand the importance of curating diverse houseware styles and are skilled at combining aesthetic appeal with practical functionality.

The two main parts of this project involved focusing on form and finish. Our processes involved using moodboards to capture the essence of each style category. This helped us translate the latest trends into a collection of well-designed curtain rods. Moodboards were also complemented by analyzing CMF (Color, Material, Finish) trends and user preferences that we compiled by talking to customers and conducting online research. This led to product sketches that confirmed the initial design direction and then refined CAD renderings in Keyshot to develop the product lineup in 3D.
