Savoring the Ultimate Wine Experience

Ullo’s project goal was to expand its line by introducing a sophisticated, cool product that enhances the wine-drinking experience. The Ullo chiller unit features an aluminum core with a special internal gel designed to lower wine to the perfect temperature. Our development team was responsible for the design exploration, material selection, and engineering.

Mixing New with Familiar

Beyond Design used physics and mixed materials to achieve a quick transfer of heat, cooling the wine to the optimal drinking temperature. This solution brings the temperature of the wine down without the need to add ice and dilute the drink. The compact solution fits a wide assortment of wine glasses. The blend of features and design decisions formed a healthy and satisfying experience, perfect for wine connoisseurs.

A New Degree of Design

Through our design process we created a multi-function product that cools wine continuously through motion over the chilled surface area. The Ullo with wine Chiller feature also utilizes a Sulfite capture technology to purify, filter, and aerate the wine without altering its natural chemistry and flavor. The product’s final engineering and quality construction showed our team’s attention to detail.
