Best of the Inspired Home Show 2025

March 4, 2025

2025 was the 125th anniversary of the Inspired Home Show. Brands flocked to McCormick Place to showcase the latest household products. Beyond Design explored the show floor and uncovered innovative trends and standout goods. Here are 18 products that caught our attention.

YOUCOPIA

There are countless ways to organize your home, but YouCopia makes it easy and approachable. One of their new products is a clever dual-function storage container that organizes cleaning supply chaos. The nonslip base makes grabbing items, like detergent pods and trash bags, a breeze. The Bag & Pod Dispenser is easy to refill and stacks tall and wide to fit different space configurations.

STARPLAST

Say goodbye to bulky hampers! Starplast introduces an innovative full-size hamper that collapses flat for efficient storage and shipping. They use polypropylene with a living hinge to shrink the hamper as needed. Unfolded, it’s as sturdy and reliable as a traditional plastic hamper and offers an adaptable storage solution.

LIFETIME BRANDS

This bamboo charcuterie board, by Lifetime Brands’ Faberware, enhances snack lovers’ presentation and sanitation. Its attachable clear locking lid adds an extra protection layer to ensure food stays fresh and secure during transport and when it sits out. The board has a hypnotic spiral shape that adds style to charcuterie displays.

OTOTO

Ototo’s products put the “fun” in “functional.” Their kitchen, washroom, and party goods have cute, fun designs that lean into animal, holiday, and playful themes. We were drawn to Dunk’N’Egg, a cooking accessory shaped like a basketball hoop that makes separating egg whites and yolks a slam dunk!

FINAMILL

FinaMill brings effortless spice grinding to the table. They developed the world’s first spice grinder with interchangeable pods. Users fill their grinder pods with ingredients to grate and spread automatically. Gone are the days of messy countertops and scrapped fingers. They brought a fresh innovation to spice grinding.

WATERH

The WaterH smart water bottle hacks your hydration health. The bottle and accompanying app track how much water users drink in real time, and it lights up to signal if they’re dehydrated. The app incentivizes users with redeemable points they earn by drinking water. It also has a fun social system where users can add their friends and track who is more hydrated. Just 1 hour of charging will last about 2 weeks of use.

HEATMATE

Originally a portable heating company, HeatMate is expanding into kitchen appliances. Utilizing their instant and cost-effective heaters, they fashionably cook and toast food. Japanese designers develop clean-looking products with approachable interfaces, vibrant colors, and fancy glass housing that stands out.

NELLIE’S

Nellie’s brand language is retro and a throwback to the past, but its commitment to sustainability and the environment is forward thinking. They introduced recyclable paper packaging for its lightweight and environmentally friendly laundry soda detergent cubes. It harmonizes with their current brand language while encompassing a cubic shape that saves shipping and storage space compared to their previous packaging.

CEM GLOBAL

This new grill, under CEM Global’s American Outdoors brand, looks stylish and has many beneficial features. The product caught our eye with its glowing control system and window streak that allows easy food visibility. Additionally, the grill stores a built-in cutting board, extra side cooking grades, and multiple storage cabinets beneath.

VIKING

Viking is renowned for kitchen appliances and the brand now offers multi-ply cookware. These premium pots and pans have multiple steel layers that grant non-stick food release without chemical coatings. They feature an everlastingly durable and ergonomic design for a superior and balanced cooking experience. Perfect for professional chefs.

CORCKICLE

Corkcicle dives into modern coffee culture with its beautifully designed Cafe Collection. Designed with sleek lines and a modern combination of classic materials, the Ceramic French Press and Double Wall Ceramic Cafe Cups bring barista-quality coffee to the home. The double-wall ceramic keeps coffee hot while hands stay cool. The line will be available in colors of oat milk and matte black this April.

MADESMART

The cleanest way to dip your food comes from MadeSmart and their new DipWare line. These serving trays have collapsible bowls that attach to them. They are super satisfying to pop in and out, and they keep condiments, sides, and toppings neatly organized. The spill-proof accessory is dishwasher safe, microwave safe, and stacks neatly for easy and optimized storage.

EKO

The Astro Slim Sensor Bin is a new automatic waste bin from Eko. It holds 10L and uses a sensor to know when to open and close softly and quietly. The minimalistic design features smooth, friendly edges and a slim body that conserves space. The timeless look complements various rooms and decors to make them more sophisticated.

SAMSONICO

Experience the warmth and cozy ambiance of Samsonico’s Terraen outdoor bonfires. Their innovative wick design delivers a consistent, mesmerizing glow, while the contained flame ensures user safety. These portable bonfires are available in various sizes and material options, allowing you to match them to any outdoor aesthetics.

COOLULI

Originally a makeup refrigeration brand, Cooluli has expanded into refrigeration goods. The Classic 15ml Mini Fridge keeps snacks, drinks, and makeup cool. Plus it can also keep products warm! This version is so lightweight and portable that it comes with a car plug port adaptor for cooling and heating on the go.

GREENLIFE

GreenLife makes cooking healthy for users and the environment. Their products avoid harmful chemicals with fancy acronyms to ensure toxin-free cooking. Plus, their manufacturing commits to sustainability as a majority of the brand’s pan materials come from recycled aluminum, their factory utilizes solar panels, and their sand-derived nonstick coating method reduces CO2 emissions by 60% compared to traditional methods.

HORL

Thanks to the HORL Knife Sharpener anyone can finely sharpen knives. The product uses magnets to easily hold the blade steady at a perfect 15 and 20 degree angle for precise sharpening. Users then run the packaged diamond disc along the metal and the blades become sharp and pristine again. Everyone from cooking novices to expert chefs can keep their knives in great condition with this simple, effective product.

AROMA

Primarily known for their rice cookers, Aroma goes beyond rice with a Portable Mini Espresso Maker that can brew a shot in 40 seconds. The cordless device can use both grounds or pods to make espresso anywhere with just one touch.
