Pantone Announces Top Color for Spring 2014 :: Dazzling Blue
Just in time for today’s kickoff of New York Fashion Week, Pantone Color Institute announced the most popular color for spring 2014 – “Dazzling Blue”. It’s a playful twist on the classic cobalt blue, and we love it.
