Interesting Consumer ‘Work Arounds’

At Beyond Design, we often use consumers as subjects of observational research during the discovery phase of our design process. We found an article from the Huffington Post titled 17 Crazy/Brilliant ‘Life Hacks’ that features some interesting ideas from consumers. You’ll notice from the images in the article that concept inspiration sometimes comes directly from “work arounds” developed by the actual end-user.
