Dissecting a Formula One Race Car

Ever wonder what goes on inside a Formula One car? The Sauber Formula One racing team thought people might be wondering just that, so they decided to cut one of their F1 cars directly in half – which reportedly took two years to complete. It was pretty amazing to learn what goes on inside the powerful F1 cars through this cutaway view.

In the video below, they show us just how tightly all of the various components are positioned and packaged to provide the ideal racing car.
