Michael founded Beyond Design in 1994. He has been a motivator, defining and creating brand characteristics into products and experiences for over 30 years, ensuring all touch points are correctly detailed and communicated through our design process. His industry leadership has earned him multiple design excellence awards and contributed immensely to IDSA organization. He is passionate about developing exceptional products and mentoring the next generation of designers. Outside of work, Michael enjoys playing guitar and spending time with his golden retriever, Layla.
