Industrial Design Intern

I learned what role I want to play, that my interests and skills lie in mechanical/mechanism design, DFM, and functional design. And that I have an intrinsic interest in what people need and how I can make their lives easier. Yes, I learned a lot about client/consultancy relationships, improved my communication skills, and received helpful feedback on my approach to projects. I realized this summer that I’d like to work at a company like Beyond long term; I really enjoy the fast paced and variety of projects at design consultancies.
