CAT is built on a reputation for rugged performance, so when Aries Manufacturing approached us to design a Bluetooth speaker under the CAT license, the goal was to carry that same toughness into a portable audio experience.

We designed a speaker that feels right at home on a jobsite. Its hexagonal frame and matte black finish echo CAT’s heavy-duty brand language. The housing is shockproof, dustproof, and water-resistant, making it resilient enough for construction zones but stylish enough for backyard barbecues. Subtle surface textures and embossed control buttons keep the design clean and easy to maintain while protecting components from wear and debris. The speaker charges via USB and includes an aux input for wired playback. A built-in microphone supports voice control, and users can sync two speakers together for a louder, more immersive sound experience.

This licensed product was a deep dive into CAT’s visual identity. We worked closely with the client to balance cost-efficient manufacturing with brand-authentic detailing. The product delivers a speaker that looks and performs like it belongs in the CAT lineup. Available here.
